Movie Night at the Museum

Friday, June 23rd at 7 p.m. : A provocative documentary by Sacha Jenkins looks at how decades of racial tensions, injustice, and a troubled relationship between the LAPD and the African-American community led to the 1965 Watts riots, the rise of LA street gangs, and the 1992 incidents.


Free movie screenings, free popcorn, free coffee & free conversations, every 2nd and 4th Friday of the month at the #skidrowmuseum. They screen movies about issues that are important to their Skid Row and downtown community such as gentrification, income inequality, and racism.
